6. Read Their Fine Print We allow our sellers to determine the commission they offer to cooperating agents and we never keep any of it. Some competitors require a 3% co-broke rate but they don't offer this full amount in MLS, instead they offer 2% or 2.5% and keep the balance for themselves. 7. No Renewal Fees Your $299.00 fee is all you will ever pay Omegalistings to list your house until it sells. We enter in an expiration date because it is required by MLS but if your property doesn't sell within that time we will extend your listing free of charge for as long as it takes until it sells. Some competitors list your property for 3 or 6 months and if it doesn't sell you need to pay again to re-list.
